Intellectual Property & Grant of License

When you purchase a digital product (including but not limited to ebooks, workbooks, planners, and courses) from Elevate Within Co., you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

1. You May

• Download the product files to your personal computers or mobile devices.
• Print the product (e.g., PDF planners) for your own personal use.
• Use the strategies and information within the product for your own personal development or business growth.

2. You May Not

• Resell or Redistribute: You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the digital files to any third party.
• Share Files: You may not share the download links or files with friends, family, or colleagues. Each purchase is valid for one user only.
• Commercial Use of Content: You may not claim the intellectual property rights as your own or use the content to create a competing commercial product (e.g., you cannot resell our "Growth Mindset" ebook as your own).
• Upload to Public Sites: You may not upload our products to file-sharing websites, peer-to-peer networks, or public repositories.
