Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Planners, Courses)
All Sales Are Final
Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the download link has been generated. When you purchase a digital product from Elevate Within Co., you gain instant access to the files, making "return" impossible.
Exceptions:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your file, please contact our support team. We will work with you to ensure you successfully receive the product you purchased.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice under the same email address, please contact us for a refund of the duplicate transaction.
2. Physical Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)
Our merchandise (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, hats) is created on-demand. This means we do not hold inventory; each item is printed specifically for you when you place your order.
No Returns for Buyer's Remorse
Because every item is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer's remorse (changing your mind)
- Wrong size selection (please refer to the size charts provided on product pages)
Replacements for Defects
We stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will offer a free replacement.
How to Request a Replacement:
- Take a clear photo of the damaged item or the specific printing error.
- Email the photo and your Order ID to our support team within 30 days of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. You generally do not need to return the defective item.
