Digital products are delivered instantly, so cancellations aren't possible once the order is complete. For physical merchandise, contact us immediately if you need to make changes - we'll do our best to help if the item hasn't been sent to production yet.

Digital Products

How do I access my digital products after purchase?

You'll receive an email with download links immediately after your purchase is complete. The email will be sent to the address you provided at checkout. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

What file formats are the digital products in?

Can I share digital products with friends or family?

No. Each purchase is licensed for personal use by a single individual. Sharing, reselling, or distributing our digital products violates our Terms of Service. If someone else wants access, they'll need to make their own purchase.

Physical Products

How long does it take to receive my merchandise?

Our merchandise is printed on-demand. Production takes 2-5 business days, followed by 3-7 business days for US shipping. International orders may take longer. You'll receive tracking information once your item ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or has a printing error, please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send you a free replacement.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Digital products cannot be returned due to their instant-access nature. All sales are final. For physical merchandise, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong size selection, but we do offer replacements for damaged or defective items.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Unfortunately, because our merchandise is custom-printed on-demand, we cannot offer exchanges for size changes. Please refer to our size charts before ordering to ensure the best fit.

How do I request a replacement for a defective item?

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the defect and your order number. We'll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. In most cases, you won't need to return the defective item.

Account & Technical

Do I need to create an account to purchase?

No account is required. You can checkout as a guest using just your email address. We'll send your order confirmation and download links (for digital products) to the email you provide.

How do I update my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately with your order number. We can only update the address if your order hasn't been sent to production yet.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use Stripe, a industry-leading payment processor, to handle all transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and meets the highest security standards.
